My dad Jake makes all of our hand stamped charms. One night he brought the one on the left to me and said, “do you think anyone will want one? It’s for people like me with a hole in their heart missing a loved one everyday.” I replied I didn’t know and would ask folks on social media. The response was overwhelmingly positive.
When I listed them for sale I had people driving over to my house within an hour to buy them. They have been featured on multiple local newscasts. Some folks like a second or third hole punched for multiple loved ones. Shoppers requested and we now offer ones for a horse, dog and a cat.
