Do you have a hole in your heart because you are missing a loved one?
My dad Jake was a big part of my small business from 2012 to 2025. He had been meticulously hand stamping name and date charms for my clients and one day he came in with a Hole In My Heart charm. He said he thought it was for people like hi missing a loved one. My mom was his childhood sweetheart and she passed in 2010 from Ovarian Cancer.
He had been looking for something to represent his loss. He thought there might be more people like him who have a hole in their heart too. I posted it on social media and people asked to drive over that night to get one.
What started as one metal and one size has grown to 3 metals, 4 sizes and an option for a lost dog, cat or horse.
Before he passed in 2024, he taught me how to polish, stamp, double hole punch, stain and polish again. I proudly carry on his idea and labour of love.
This charm measures 1/2″ across and is Sterling Silver. The 20″ ball bead chain is also Sterling Silver.
